A Mejar Breakdown at my factory and i work very late

on 24 november i used to go home at 6pm since my working hour is finish today i decided not to go home early as i think i am young i need to learn more thing and pick up quick so i went to my factory o have a look on my new boiler so i went to the automatik control panel for the new boiler guess wat i saw my mill manager named mr annandh so we were waiting for the new boiler preasure to raiseup at 3 bar and 4oo psi it.it supposed that mr annandh call my worker mr bala to wait to ensure the new boiler are in good order mr bala promise us that he will wait it he didnt appear until 7 pm we waited so finaly i decided to give him a call he scolded me rudely i was thinking wat a day got scold for nothing .during 6 pm to 8pm nothing happen it runs well until 8.15pm something badly happen main steam paip to new boiler suddenly blow off all the hot steam went off . on 8.30pm i call mr bala again to ask him can u come in to the factory to check got break down here and he answer me rudely i know what is my work who are u to ask me to come in. so i decided to inform to my manager and my big bos on that incident .at 11.30 pm another problem happen again is in the sterilizer main steam paip gasket burst until twice .i waited until the work to bedone at 12.30am only i get to go home wat a bad day happen to day .the only thing that i realised today is nowdays people are very rude they dont even care who are u and wat u are .
